Paint horizontal murals on both sides of 2 3x10 ft. concrete street barriers as part of Santa Monica's highly-promoted "Art of Recovery" program to beautify outdoor dining/retail locations. Automatically places you on the City's preferred artist list. Work should be colorful, and suggestive of the history and funky/vibrant character of the neighborhood, just west of the beach. ASAP renderings wanted for Apr. execution. Public mural experience required. Avoid graffiti, cartoony, typography.
