I was commissioned to create a mural based on the existing design and aesthetic within the clients home. This home had an art deco style throughout as well as a large curated collection of plant life and boho inspired decor. This client allowed me to saturate the walls with the navy night sky while creating a ‘drippy trippy’ experience of florals cascading the staircase, leading up to a flapper at the end the hallway. Utilizing an illustrative technique, I used black lines to create the feeling of a sketch, while maintaining a tight design over the space.
