The design should include water elements and utilize the color palettes in the site details of this call. The final submission will be a digital design file that will be printed and installed by another vendor. -- If selected, the artists(s) and/or graphic designer(s) are responsible for all costs involved in the digital design and delivery of a vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) or if submitting a photo, an image of at least 150 to 300 DPI at its final size.
