This mural was for a school and was designed to evoke a sense of curiosity. I wanted to use my art to draw correlations between nature and math or geometry. To show how life unfolds in a beautiful way that can be described through numbers and lines.
Styles used:
I was raised near Columbia, SC and started drawing when I was young. I took some art classes in high school and then continued perusing art as a major in College. I really dig making art, especially large pieces that are community focuses. Using my gifts to inspire or make a place better is what gives me joy. Storytelling is also a foundational aspect of my work: having a narrative makes the work “stick” and impactful.
