Speaks to being an outcast. The bird on the left is a different species but a bird none the less. Still it is ostracized by its peers.

I have been working in recycled and reclaimed materials for 30 years. My materials may be reclaimed but Design and Craft come first. By exploring the intersection between the found and fabricated in my sculptural work I seek a deeper understanding of the transcendent nature of ordinary objects. I am a sculptor, woodworker, metalsmith, painter, inventor and educator. And board chair for reDiscover Center where we put real tools into the hands of children, building as large as their imaginations.
