About this mural:
Made in partnership with NINE dot ARTS for Mainstreet Property Group, LLC. This piece is meant to capture the essence of Seattle, with its iconic skyline, natural beauty, and an ode to Rock n’ Roll history. The mural includes signage near the parking entrance, Jimi Hendrix, Chris Cornell of Soundgarden, and Mike McCready of Pearl Jam are featured, left to right. If you get up close, you can see PNW Easter Eggs such as hikers, an eagle, and a bear, as well as tiny silhouettes of people in the windows.

I am originally from the East Coast and currently live in Seattle, where I moved for a job in Commercial Art back in 2017. While I love Seattle, I enjoy exploring new places and would love to travel for a mural project. I've been making art all my life and recently began focusing on my personal and professional practice within the public art realm. I have years of experience managing large commercial art projects for an art consulting company, and am currently the Project Director at Urban ArtWorks, which is a Seattle-based mural and youth nonprofit. At Urban ArtWorks, I oversee our commissioned projects from initial intake to installation, and I'm well-versed in the nuances of making a mural successful, including project management, planning, and production. I love making murals and am excited to push the boundaries of what I can do.
