Through Urban ArtWorks where I am on staff, we were commissioned to create a mural for a hip local store called Standard Goods that sells all kinds of neat clothing and gifts. They wanted something that spoke to their brand and also highlighted all of the things that make Seattle and the PNW a special place to live. One request was that we incorporate a sasquatch. I designed this mural and oversaw the painting of it, which was assisted by volunteers and their staff! I handled the finishing details and touch-ups.

I am originally from the East Coast and currently live in Seattle, where I moved for a job in Commercial Art back in 2017. While I love Seattle, I enjoy exploring new places and would love to travel for a mural project. I've been making art all my life and recently began focusing on my personal and professional practice within the public art realm. I have years of experience managing large commercial art projects for an art consulting company, and am currently the Project Director at Urban ArtWorks, which is a Seattle-based mural and youth nonprofit. At Urban ArtWorks, I oversee our commissioned projects from initial intake to installation, and I'm well-versed in the nuances of making a mural successful, including project management, planning, and production. I love making murals and am excited to push the boundaries of what I can do.
