By age fifteen, I developed arthritis from heavy farm labor. I eventually began studying Human Biology to leave farming, but my grades collapsed when my grandpa's lungs collapsed. Finally, I asked myself," How can I make this challenge the best thing that's ever happened to me?" So, I began waking up at 5:00 AM for five years to learn how to paint! I've gone from hiding my art in the closet to having over 25,000 people see my public art daily. Flowers are my specialty because they face the bright side of life, rain or shine.
