Path of the Marigolds Mural Art
About this mural:
This is actually a Day of the Dead painting. On the right is the grave site of a child. On the left is the home where the child lived before he passed on. From the home to the gravesite is a path of marigolds, the flower of the dead. It is believed that on Dia de Los Muertos, that if loved ones put a path of marigolds from the gravesite of a child to the home that the child will find his way home on Day of the Dead when their spirit visits.

Hello. I am a Visual Artist/Painter living in Los Angeles. I have been working professionally as an artist for over 25 years. I was an Art Teacher on the Westside for over 20 years as well. I was recently selected (2020) as a Public Artist for the City of West Hollywood. I created a mural for VH1's RuPaul's Drag Race Season 13 on Melrose and many other murals.
