West End Bridge Mural Art
About this mural:
I created the design to fit the bridge perfectly, using the columns to display traits of the neighborhood like pillars. The slanted concrete behind the columns read 1835 which is the year the neighborhood was founded. At the base of the columns, giant WEST END lettering lets you know exactly what neighborhood you are in.

Elaine Stephenson is an artist, designer & muralist creating bright & colorful art with positive messages to uplift and inspire. She draws from her personal experience with anxiety and depression as a means to create art that focuses on the beauty of life and encourages others. An Atlanta native, she studied graphic design at the University of Georgia, which ignited her love for typography which is a big focus in her work. After a 10 year design career, she now combines both her design skills and an artistic voice to create branding for female-led businesses and art that enhances spaces and starts conversations. Elaine is very involved in public art and has several permanent artworks around Atlanta, including a 4,700 sq. foot bridge mural in the West End.
