Reproduction of a mural by the late Ayé Aton (1940-2017) in the foyer of Mana Contemporary Chicago. Ayé was a legendary percussionist for the late jazz composer Sun Ra (1914-1993), painter and muralist. He is remembered for his “outer space-themed murals, which he painted in private homes and on building exteriors in Chicago during the 1960s and 1970s”.
