Walmart Store 2497 Philipsburg NJ Hand Painted in Procreate. Digital Mural. I loved painting the beautiful hot air balloons of the Warren county farmers fair and Balloon festival. With a nod to the Phillipsburg Stateliners team in one of the balloons and a tribute to the Pohatcong Police k9 Unit. I hoped to capture the beauty and culture on Phillipsburg NJ.
