My client requested the outside of Wrigley Field (including the marquee); I first created a digital illustration based on a photo, then sketched and painted it onto a bedroom wall using eggshell base interior paint. A highly detailed — but equally highly enjoyable — project!
Styles used:
I've been an artist for nearly 20 years — first as a professional writer and editor, and now as a muralist as well. I took a leap of faith to create my first mural without training or experience and fell in love with the medium. Since then, I've designed, created, and worked on many more murals throughout Chicago for residences, businesses, and schools.
