"Xena" – 934 Fest 2023 Mural Art
About this mural:
I was selected as a participating artist for 934 Gallery's rotating mural gallery for their 934 Fest. I wanted to paint a mural with fierce feminine energy with subtle ties to lesbian iconography, from the weapons to the color palette.

Evelyn McBride is a Baltimore-based graphic designer and muralist whose work spans advertising, branding, and public art. A graduate of the Columbus College of Art & Design, she has painted at festivals including Scrawl, 934 Fest, and the Columbus Arts Festival. When she’s not creating, she can be found birding or playing Dungeons & Dragons.
