Originally hailing from Scotland, Scott aka Gigo is now residing and working out of Santa Monica, CA. Graduating in Fine Art back in ‘97 Gigo took his education in composition, colour theory & artistic mediums & fused them with influences from graffiti, stencil & street art, creating his bright, vibrant and easily recognisable style. From the early days of working in a local tattoo studio Gigo was given the freedom to express himself on the walls on a regular basis, propelling him to Glasgow to open a studio. From there he transitioned from freehand through to detailed stencil portraits with abstract influences. Now a resident of Santa Monica his style has progressed to where it is today, embracing the California weather & free spirit.
