About this mural:

I was commissioned to paint a giant wave in this soon to be nursery. I selected a dynamic reference image that had action to it, various forms of water (the spray, the deep water, foam specs etc.) and a cooling color palette. Completely freehanded, this mural took about 50 hours to complete.
