This piece is titled ANXIETY. I am depicting a head exploding with thoughts… when you have anxiety what is like? A million things happening in your head at once… Normally in my work I focus on what’s in my heart, but here I wanted to address what’s in my head. Truthfully I don’t experience too much anxiety but It’s a very real thing, and in this piece I am reminding everyone that its ok if there is alot going on in your head, and its ok to take a break, walk away and know that sometimes many of the things swirling around are not necessarily bad things, maybe there’s just a lot at once. But you are ok!
