Inspired by nature's colors, textures and patterns, Jen LaVita loves to bring scenes to life with paint. Jen uses saturated and unexpected colors and bold brush stokes to create vibrant scenes. She works across a spectrum of styles from loose and painterly to more graphic with clean lines. Her use of color is bright, bold and happy. She draws inspiration from the beauty around her when exploring outside, time at the beach and her love for all animals and sea life. Her use of color is bright, bold and happy. Originally from outside Boston, Jen went to college at Syracuse University in New York, then served four years as an U.S. Army Officer. She is now an artist working in the westside of Los Angeles. Jen loves murals for the larger than life wow factor, the physical challenge of creating them and their power to completely transform spaces. She would love to talk about your project with you!
