Vintage Meets Modern Mural Art
About this mural:
Although this mural is often referred to as the “Whole Foods Mural” due to its location, I was commissioned by Vintage on Selby Apartments to celebrate their local community and area. They wanted this piece of public art to reflect their neighborhood and offer a nod to both vintage Selby at Snelling as well as the current vibrancy of Selby at Snelling. To achieve this I incorporated images that reflected the history of the area, while also adding vibrant, bold colors and art to reflect today.
