Lili Lennox has painted public murals across Minnesota and beyond for more than 20 years. She trained as a theatrical scenic artist, and that shows in her work: murals that read from across the street and still hold up up close. Her walls are in Minnesota communities like Milaca, Hastings, Starbuck, Park Rapids, St. Cloud, and Madison, where her 2026 pheasant mural runs more than 90 feet long and 18 feet tall. Other recent projects include an 11' x 40' freshwater mussel mural for the Austin Nature Center and a stairwell mural for Takeda Pharmaceutical. She has painted at national Walldogs mural festivals and received state commissions. She often paints on canvas or panels in the studio and then installs the finished work on site, which lets murals go where scaffolding can't. She is a former president of the Guild of Scenic Artists.
