Breathe Deeply Mural Art
About this mural:
Donated to Heartly House in Frederick, Maryland. This mural serves as a reminder to staff to take care of themselves so that in turn they can take care of others. The wording is inspired by Tara Brach and reads, "When you take care of yourself, you can provide for others. There is peace in that. Find joy and pleasure in that. For those actions we take toward a more peaceful self reward everyone, everywhere." The mural runs the length of the hallway.
