About this mural:
Mural honoring the UNESCO City of Gastronomy designation. We set up a photoshoot of local dishes that incorporated native ingredients. The photo was used to paint the bottom half of the mural. The ingredients in the letters are native ingredients that have been used in cooking here for hundreds of years.
