About this mural:
As a part of the University Park Neighborhood Grant project, 10 artists were paired with homeowners to create custom murals for the second annual Murals Off Mill - a local block party that brings live music, food, and live painting for all the neighbors to enjoy. This collaboration between NNUZZO and CLYDE brought vibrancy, pattern, and a unique energy to the ditch, thanks to the wonderful homeowners and organizers.

Phoenix-based artist and muralist, Nicole ‘NNUZZO’ Poppell, is best known for her abstract compositions and use of color to create powerful contemporary patterns. With a background in Interior Design from ASU, Nicole brings a holistic lens to her work and finds interest in the intersection of people, art, and the built environment. She runs Mural Mates, a professional mural company in Phoenix and enjoys spending time in nature.
