About this mural:
In partnership with LIFEWTR/Pepsico, to continue the nationwide effort to infuse creativity in schools. This mural is located at John F. Kennedy High School in Los Angeles, California. Equal parts community beautification project and creative placemaking. This work provides a daily dose of creative inspiration to students and demonstrates the power of art to help us see the world differently.

Scape Martinez is a New Jersey-born and San Francisco Bay Area-based artist working in large-scale murals, public art installations, creative placemaking, and mixed media canvases.
Scape’s fingerprints can be found globally. He balances his love and understanding of graffiti and his fine art practice with public art commissions, creating large-scale works based on his desire to give back to the community.
