About this mural:
This was the first set of wings I created under the Bay City Tourism Dept to help continue the growth of #wingsofmatagordacounty These were done for Lisa's Hair Salon & Main St. Coffee Bar. The scissors are for one side of her business and inside the handles represents the other side of her business.
