I grew up in Oregon and spent 6 years living in South America, where learned how to paint from the rich artistic traditions and mural culture present in the Southern hemisphere. In addition to painting in the US, I have murals in Spain, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Bolivia. My love of nature is present in the subjects that I paint, and it is often combined with the human figure in an exploration of the connection between people and nature.
