Since childhood I have been connected with art—dance, sculpture, painting crafts, and folk art. Ten years ago I started making mosaics when I joined Piece by Piece. In joining I entered a world of colors, textures, shapes and movement created by a range of materials. I was able to imagine, create and capture in my mosaics my deepest feelings, inviting my audience to admire and enter my mosaics (similar to when you read a book and you become the character).
