The world we see is only part of the picture. I believe in the wonder roaring behind the ordinary. My work as an artist is dedicated to bringing that wonder to light to give others hope. I paint murals because they are big, bright, public and hard to ignore. I paint murals because I delight in the idea of one person trudging through the grey of an ordinary day, stumbling unexpectedly on the color and energy of a dynamic image painted on a wall, and smiling. I paint murals to bring joy.
