Pablo Serrano was born and raised in Chicago as the eldest son to Mexican immigrants in pursuit of the American Dream. For the last 20 years he has worked in various public art works as a high school art teacher, community partner and muralist. He co-founded The People's Stage Karaoke and Kombi to produce participatory musical experiences for everyday people and collaborates on diverse cultural experiences from murals to festivals.
