Steve is inspired by his daily interactions with his community and the ways we socialize and communicate to each other. Creating busy pieces inspired by the connections, observations and interations that happens over the days and weeks. Creating time for reflection and understanding, to one self and how he interacts with his community. Steve does most of his work on large sheets of brown paper, choosing this medium allows Steve to get ideas out quickly, and like life, some pieces may take days to complete.
