Highly visible storefront. The light rail stop is across the street. The park which you can see in the aerial view, Hance Park, is also a part of the NFL Experience. The light rail station is where pedestrians will exit. The wall is small, the curtain can come down. This is in the art district of downtown Phoenix. We could paint the windows as well to take over more space. On the side of the building is another brick wall with a palm tree in front of it. This direction is only visible from Roosevelt and doesn't have the exposure that the front of the store will have. The bench can be moved. One note, the existing mural will have to be repainted when this one is taken down. It would be good for this project to have it up by Feb. 3rd for the first Friday art walk.
