About this mural:

I was commissioned by Stay Arts to create a mural in the outdoor courtyard area at Kaiser Permanente, Downey. For inspiration, I took photos of the flora and fauna on the hospital campus, and integrated meditative geometric forms into the imagery. I wanted patients and staff to experience a layered mural that would reveal itself over time and be cohesive with recognizable and relatable subjects.
