The mural will stretch over the second story brick facade of Rhythm Studio & Dance Wear, a currently vacant storefront, and Thinker Toys. The mural will be across from a public “splash pad” that sees a high volume of young child and family use throughout the summer. Provide concepts for a mural that will depict iconic images of destinations in this Ohio city. The intent of the mural is to create a sense of place and a positive first impression for visitors by presenting a colorful representation of its vibrant iconic, historical and unique landmarks that will promote tourism to our visitors.

We are working on a grant for a 3-year grant application that will fund murals in a small, rural town in Tioga County, PA. We have building owners with walls willing to work with us and our county development office in coordination. We will update the budget and the walls available as we progress. The anticipated budget is much higher than described, but we will keep it low until we secure funding.

This mural will be located along the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department’s (CRPD) Olentangy Bike Trail. Designed to complement the 2024 mural, Full Circle, this initiative integrates art, education, and environmental stewardship to engage the community and highlight the intersection of water utilities and water resources.
