We are looking to have a mural created for a voting campaign to encourage community members to vote in the November election by featuring imagery and empowering messaging on community care and wellness. Open to all styles of mural design, please send your concepts over for consideration!

Hi! We have a recording artist who is also a fine artist looking to paint their own mural the week of July 27.

My name is Mily Esteban, and I am reaching out on behalf of the KAYLT (Korean American Youth Leadership Training) College Cohort. As part of our summer community project, our cohort is exploring the possibility of creating a mural in Koreatown, Los Angeles, centered on Korean LGBTQIA+ visibility and representation. Our goal is to celebrate the diversity of the Korean American community while fostering dialogue, inclusion, and belonging through public art. We would greatly value any feedback, guidance, or ideas you may have.

We are looking for a community in need of a pop of color and a wall to add a beautiful mural design to enhance the space and create a sense of community.

The Evolution Grant will provide unrestricted funding to an individual artist with recognized artistic excellence in fine art media and a demonstrated commitment to their art. ------ AWARD ------ $1,000 to one visual artist each grant cycle. Unrestricted funds applied toward any expense to enhance the artist’s ability to create work. ----- RULES ----- Open to ALL fine art mediums (oil, acrylic, watermedia, pastel, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, fiber, wood, ceramics, digital art). AI will not be accepted. There is no restriction on style, genre, or subject matter. Work that is copied or done under the guidance of an instructor is not eligible. ----- SELECTION PROCESS ----- You will be asked to submit a body of work between 5-20 pieces, along with an artist statement and artist bio. Applications are reviewed based on a body of work. This jury type allows artists to submit as many media samples as allowed, and all media are submitted into one application.
