The mural will stretch over the second story brick facade of Rhythm Studio & Dance Wear, a currently vacant storefront, and Thinker Toys. The mural will be across from a public “splash pad” that sees a high volume of young child and family use throughout the summer. We are working on a grant for a 3-year grant application that will fund murals in a small, rural town in Tioga County, PA. We have building owners with walls willing to work with us and our county development office in coordination. We will update the budget and the walls available as we progress. The anticipated budget is much higher than described, but we will keep it low until we secure funding.
