We are creating a new coffee shop at 126 N Catalina in Redondo Beach. The building has some history as Catalina Coffee, and we would like to reference that history subtly somewhere in the artwork. We want the artwork to feel playful, local, slightly quirky and handmade, rather than corporate or overly polished. We really like small, simple illustrated characters and unexpected details—cats, dogs, birds, coffee, ocean, plants, bicycles, surfing, and local Redondo references. We prefer several smaller visual moments rather than one enormous mural taking over the space. We are considering artwork both inside and outside the building, and would like to see how you would interpret the concept in your own style.

Rent a wall, we bring the artist

My name is Mily Esteban, and I am reaching out on behalf of the KAYLT (Korean American Youth Leadership Training) College Cohort. As part of our summer community project, our cohort is exploring the possibility of creating a mural in Koreatown, Los Angeles, centered on Korean LGBTQIA+ visibility and representation. Our goal is to celebrate the diversity of the Korean American community while fostering dialogue, inclusion, and belonging through public art. We would greatly value any feedback, guidance, or ideas you may have.

looking to paint a mural for a song, all about the american dream - both the joys of the dream, and the political/economic fears as well mural is meant to be hopeful, powerful, honest, but still bring inspiration and joy either lady liberty weeping with joys around her, or a womans face w american flag, reflecting both the joys and fears of the american dream

We are looking for a community in need of a pop of color and a wall to add a beautiful mural design to enhance the space and create a sense of community.
